Morgan Collins is the Director of Government Relations at Whitmer & Worrall, leading the firm’s defense and national security practice. Since joining the firm two years ago, he has provided clients with in-depth legislative and regulatory analysis, successfully securing defense appropriations funding and advancing client priorities in the National Defense Authorization Act. In addition to his work in defense, Morgan advises clients in the transportation, technology, and education sectors and oversees the firm’s daily operations and business development initiatives.

Morgan holds a Master’s degree in Global Security Studies with a concentration in Strategic Studies from Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C., where his graduate research focused on national security strategy, defense policy, asymmetric warfare, strategic competition, and intelligence. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College and is a 2017 graduate of Kent School, where he captained the Kent School Boat Club.

Mr. Collins is a proud New Jerseyan and currently resides in Virginia.
