Issabella is an Associate at Whitmer & Worrall, conducting client servicing, policy analysis, and congressional relations.

Her professional experience spans all levels of government and various non-profits with a focus on education policy in addition to conducting rigorous international policy research on democracy and human rights. Issabella has helped scale youth led non-profits in an effort to engage younger demographics in their local governments, and strives to make government and policy structures more accessible to their constituents. As an undergraduate, she served as Director of Federal Government Relations for the UC Berkeley student government, representing and advocating for the student body’s policy needs to congressional stakeholders.

Issabella holds a Master of Public Policy and Certificate in Gender, Peace, and Security from Georgetown University. A California native, she graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Legal Studies and Political Economy and a minor in Human Rights.
